What area do you serve?
The Greater Vancouver Area. (The City of Vancouver, North Vancouver, West Vancouver, Burnaby, Richmond, Surrey, White Rock, Coquitlam, Delta, Langley, Maple Ridge and Pitt Meadows.) If you require chairs outside of these areas, please contact us.
How does pricing work?
Please contact us for a quotation. Quote lead times are 1-3 business days.

Upon inquiry, please provide quantity of chairs, date, delivery and pick up location.
Do you offer delivery and pick up?
Yes, we offer delivery and pick up services. Set up according to your layout and tear down can also be provided.
What if I don't need delivery and pick up?
Absolutely! You can pick up and return to our warehouse within the time frame discussed.
Do you require a deposit and what is the method of payment?
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the number of chairs and date. The remaining balance is due 1 week before the rental date. We accept cash, check and e-transfers.
What is the delivery and pick up time frame?
10:00am to 10:00pm
If you require chairs out of these standard hours, we'd be happy to accommodate with an extra fee.
What if I have lost or damaged the chair(s)?
We will transfer the repair cost to you. If the chair(s) are beyond reparable, we will charge you for the replacement of the chair(s).
How early should I reserve?
As our chairs are on a first come first serve basis, we recommend reserving with us as early as possible.
